1st online meeting: September 22nd, 2025
On September 22nd, 2025, at 10 AM CET, the MOV-it! project officially launched with its online kick-off meeting. As Mobility Advisors (MOB-ADV), our mission is to make international VET learning inclusive, safe, and accessible for students with disabilities.
During this first virtual session, we introduced our cross-border partners and outlined the project's strategic workplan. This digital launch lays the groundwork for our upcoming in-person meeting in Torino!
First In-Person Meeting!
December 12th, 2025
The MOV-it! consortium gathered for its first in-person kick-off meeting. Following a warm welcome and logistics overview, partners aligned their efforts to make international VET mobility inclusive for students with disabilities.
The intensive day covered a strategic review of project objectives and key tasks. We mapped out immediate actions for all the activies in the project, finalized by a strict quality control and evaluation framework.
Results of the initial survey, are now available!
The initial survey report of the MOV-it! project gathers the views of families, VET schools and SMEs on inclusive international mobility for students with disabilities. The results show strong interest in mobility, but also highlight the need for clear procedures, safety measures, accessible information and continuous support.
The report confirms the key role of the Mobility Advisor in making mobility safer, better coordinated and more inclusive.
Second meeting in Prague,
April 13th 2026
The MOV-it! partners met in Prague for an international training focused on inclusive mobility for VET students with disabilities. Through workshops, field visits and co-design sessions, educators and mobility professionals explored how to prepare learners, support SMEs, manage risks and define the Mobility Advisor profile. The meeting helped transform project research into practical procedures and tools for safer, more accessible mobility.
Profile of the MOBILITY ADVISOR (MOB-ADV)
The Mobility Advisor Profile ensures that organisations can identify or train a competent professional who can effectively support inclusive mobility.
A structured document defining:

Required knowledge, skills, attitudes.

Tasks and responsibilities along the mobility cycle.

Role in supporting students, families, sending and hosting organisations.

Professional boundaries and expected competences.
Produced collaboratively during the Prague training and refined with stakeholders.
Procedures for International Mobility of VET Students
The Mobility Procedures guarantee that every stakeholder has a clear, accessible roadmap that turns a complex process into predictable, safe, step-by-step actions.
A complete set of operational guidelines detailing:

Tasks and responsibilities for all actors: families, VET schools, SMEs, facilitators.

Required documentation (including country-specific elements).

Safety and wellbeing instructions for students and families.

Host organisation self-assessment tools (capacity, safety, accessibility).
