QUALO (Czech Republic)
QUALO is an organisation specialised in international mobility and cooperation with vocational education providers and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Drawing on extensive experience in European projects and mobility programmes, QUALO contributes practical expertise in organising placements, supporting host organisations, and ensuring high-quality international learning experiences.
Within MOV-it!, QUALO is responsible for quality assurance and training-related activities, while also providing valuable insight into the challenges that sending organisations, students, and host companies may encounter during mobility periods.
The organisation plays an important role in designing tools and procedures that help SMEs create inclusive and supportive learning environments for students with disabilities. Its experience in international cooperation helps bridge the gap between educational institutions and employers, ensuring that mobility opportunities are realistic, safe, and beneficial for all stakeholders.
Through the project, QUALO supports the creation of the Mobility Advisor (MOB-ADV) framework and contributes to building a sustainable European network committed to inclusive and accessible vocational mobility.
Meet the partners
AIAS Loranzè (Italy) – Project Coordinator
AIAS Loranzè is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting inclusion, accessibility, and support services for people with disabilities. As the coordinating partner of MOV-it!, AIAS brings its long-standing commitment to advocating for the rights and opportunities of persons with disabilities and plays a central role in ensuring that international mobility becomes more accessible for VET learners with specific needs.
Within the project, AIAS leads overall coordination, supports research activities, and oversees communication and dissemination efforts. The organisation contributes its expertise in understanding the needs of students with disabilities, families, and support services, helping to shape practical procedures and guidance for inclusive mobility.
Through its involvement, AIAS aims to strengthen its capacity to support schools, families, and mobility providers while promoting the development of the new Mobility Advisor (MOB-ADV) professional profile. The project also represents an important learning opportunity for the organisation, creating the foundation for future initiatives that can expand inclusive mobility opportunities at both local and national levels.
Ahmed-i Hani Special Education VET School (Türkiye)
Ahmed-i Hani Special Education VET School is a vocational education institution specialised in supporting students with disabilities and special educational needs. As a key partner in MOV-it!, the school ensures that the voices, experiences, and expectations of learners and their families remain at the centre of project development. Its expertise in tailored education and individual support allows the consortium to better understand the practical challenges that students face when engaging in international mobility activities.
The school contributes to validating project results, testing proposed procedures, and providing direct feedback on the tools designed for learners with disabilities. It also supports the development of guidance materials that prepare students and families for mobility experiences, helping to create a safe, meaningful, and accessible pathway to international learning.
By participating in the project, Ahmed-i Hani aims to further improve its services, expand opportunities for its students, and strengthen the role of inclusive mobility as a tool for personal, educational, and professional development.
